Shipping policies, return policies and order information
Orders are shipped via UPS within 24 hours of receipt of payment on the next business day. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM MST, excluding holidays. All items will be packaged according to UPS standards for safe delivery. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and are calculated during the checkout process. You will not be charged until you view and approve the calculated shipping charges.
Patroller Supply will make every effort possible to ship orders received before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on the same business day.
Orders received by 1:00 PM Mountain time can be shipped Next day or 2nd day if we are able to confirm your payment method and shipping costs. Orders received after 1:00 PM Mountain Time may be shipped that day but will most likely be shipped the next business day.
If you need an order delivered by a specific date you must select a guaranteed shipment delivery method like UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air or UPS 3 Day Priority.
We reserve the right to update any quoted shipping price if the rate is either lower or higher for Next Day, 2nd Day and International orders.
We offer terms to companies that provide us with references and complete our Adobe Acrobat
.pdf Credit Application. In some cases we will require that you leave a credit card on file with us for orders on terms. We will bill orders on terms when all items in the order have shipped and await payment by check. 15 days past due invoices will be charged to the credit card.

The PatrollerSupply.com website uses the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security protocol to transfer all credit card payment information safely through the internet when making a payment online using a credit card. Patroller Supply does not save any of your credit card information in our database, only your contact and order information. Most web browser display a small 'un-locked' style icon in the bottom right corner of the browser window. This icon changes to 'locked' when you are using secured web pages on our site that transfer information through an encrypted connection. The URL in your browser location bar will also change from 'http://www.PatrollerSupply.com' to 'https://www.PatrollerSupply.com' when using a secured connection. (Notice the 's' in the https:// secure prefix.)
Order discounts, promotional sales and coupon policies:
Patroller Supply occasionally offers discounts and promotional sales to our customers which may be offered in different forms. Only ONE discount will be applied to an order and promotional sales or discounts cannot be combined. If a coupon code is used the discount offered by the coupon will be applied at the time of checkout.
All applicable discounts will be applied and displayed in the final order review before the order is placed.
Site-wide sales: A fixed dollar amount or a percentage of the order amount may be deducted from the entire order.
Shipping discounts: The shipping rate for an entire order may be reduced.
Coupons: Coupon discounts vary and will be applied to an order according to the terms of the coupon.
Patroller Supply does its best to honor all coupons and discounts and we reserve the right to alter discount values.
- Free shipping for single item coupons will be applied only if the item in the coupon is the only item in the order.
- Free shipping for single manufacturer coupons will be applied only if all items in the order are from the same manufacturer.
- Discounts that are limited by an order mimimum will be given if the taxable total is greater than the order minimum.
- If a discount with an order mimimum is for a single item or a single manufacturer and there are additional items in the order, the discount will be given if the taxable total is greater than the order minimum but only applied to the single item or single manufacturer items.
No double discounts. No double coupon use.
The minimum taxable total for domestic orders (shipped within the USA and Canada) is $30.00 USD.
The minimum taxable total for international orders (not including Canada) is $150.00 USD.
The minimum taxable total for custom domestic orders is $300.00 USD.
We do not take custom international orders.
We currently ship to all states in the United States. Shipping to addresses in the state of Colorado require a sales tax of %7.65 to be added to your order.
We currently ship to the following countries:
United States, Canada, Australia, China, France, Italy, Japan, Germany, New Zealand, Spain, United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, Netherlands, Finland, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and the British Virgin Islands.
The minimum order amount for International orders (not including Canada) is $150.00 USD.
International shipping & handling:
International air orders are sent via Expedited UPS. Oversize items, heavy items and certain countries may have higher rates than those listed below and may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you check your email after you place your order because your order will not be shipped if the shipping price needs to be adjusted and Patroller Supply does not get an approval reply from you. Should you require other shipping arrangements, please contact us.
An ESTIMATE for International shipping rates is calculated at checkout.
Final rate given per shipment per order as they all differ to some extent.
International duties and taxes:
International orders are often subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for the payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
No substitutions guarantee:
Patroller Supply provides its customers with the best professional rescue gear in the industry. We will not substitute any product you order without written approval from the customer first.
Refunds, returns and exchanges:
If you have already placed your order and would like to cancel it before it ships or would like to request a refund, please send an email to sales@PatrollerSupply.com with your order number and request immediately.
If for any reason you are unhappy with any item, simply contact us at (303) 507-0222 or sales@PatrollerSupply.com to receive instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. No products will be received at our warehouse without an RMA number on the box next to the lable in black marker and included inside the package to speed the processing of your exchange/return. Return merchandise authorization numbers are only valid for fourteen (14) days from the date they are issued. Products returned after the expiration date or without an RMA number will be refused.
Product must be in the same new condition AND WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING SEALS NOT BROKEN as when recieved by you the customer. RMA requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of products and we will refund you the original invoice amount due minus the shipping costs minus a twenty five percent (%25) restocking fee for each item. If a customer returns items from an order with free shipping and if by returning these items the purchase price becomes lower than the required amount for free shipping, we will deduct the amount that the customer would have been charged for shipping the items that the customer keeps, from their refund.
Packaging your exchange/return item(s):
Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. For a list of exceptions to our Standard Return policies and instructions on how to return these particular items please read our Return Exceptions policy.
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
- Enclose a copy of your invoice with the item. If you cannot send your invoice, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
- All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to:

- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Return exceptions policy:
We cannot accept returns on rope and webbing products as per United States and OSHA liability laws.
We do not accept returns on products marked as "clearance" items. If a clearance item arrives broken or defective, we will gladly exchange it for a the same item.
No returns on special order items not listed on the website.
No returns on NFPA/ANSI tagged or stamped merchandise.
Warnings / Waiver of liability:
Patroller Supply, Denver Rope and Harness, Outdoor Professional Sales LLC, all company officers/employees, and all subsidiaries and vendors/manufacturers distributes safety products for uses as follows but not limited to climbing, mountaineering and technical rope work, Window washing, Roofing, Construction, scaffolding work, concert & stage rigging, Arborists and Tree care experts, dam core sampling, steel beam work, urban search and rescue, CERT teams, divisions of the military, Navy, Air Force, Army, Marines, Coast Guard, SWAT Teams, FBI, Fire Departments, Mountain Rescue teams, search and rescue teams etc.
Many of the products we distribute are designed and tested specifically for fire, rescue, industrial and technical rope work. The user is responsible for following NFPA, OSHA, ANSI, CSA, UL, MSHA, NIOSH, FEMA, homeland security and all other applicable State and Federal regulations and guidelines regarding the use of these products.
All of these activities are inherently dangerous and present the risk of SERIOUS INJURY and/or DEATH.
The product information contained in catalogs, brochures and websites is not a substitute for qualified, personal instruction. Any person using any offered products is responsible for obtaining qualified instruction on the proper use, techniques and limitations involved in such use.
Inspect all equipment before each use and destroy any gear or material components that are damaged, worn or do not pass inspection. Any person using products purchased from said store is responsible for the proper care and maintenance of these products.
IMPROPER USE, ABUSE AND/OR LACK OF PROPER MAINTENANCE WILL INCREASE THE RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH
Any person using said products in any manner, assumes all risks and responsibly for any damage or injury, including death, which may result from the use of any said product.
Any litigation involving this product will be Colorado State pursuant to Colorado law or in the state, Country of manufacture as per the individual products region of manufacture.
