Rollcab cable roller rescue wheel for saleThe Petzl Rollcab cable roller is designed specifically for evacuation of ski lift and cable way installations and moving along cable.
  • Designed for progression and evacuation along mechanical lift cables
     
  • Large opening and large diameter sheave for use on cables up to 55mm (2 5/32in.) in diameter
     
  • The RollCab cable roller sheave is designed for travel on cable of 20 to 55mm diameter
     
  • Maximum allowable speed is 2 meters per second
     
  • Roller may be attached to the harness ventral or sternal attachment point using a lanyard and connectors
     
    • The Petzl RollCab installs easily around the cable
  • Roller gate snaps shut automatically
     
  • Best used with the Petzl JANE MANUCROCHE or JANE MGO lanyard as a back-up
     
  • When progressing, use a back-up lanyard

Verify the gate closes properly. Consult the details of the inspection procedure to be carried out for each item of PPE on the Web at www.petzl.com/ppe.

When moving on the cable, you must always use a system with a rope and braking device (descender, belay device) to control the rate of speed.

While on the cable, you must always be self-belayed by means of a safety lanyard on the cable, placed uphill of the roller.
